We are looking for two new housemates to fill two bedrooms in our lovely flat in Mile End (5 bed flat). We are a sociable house, we like to chat in the kitchen, occasionally share a meal, go to the pub for a drink or go for a run !
Both the rooms are double rooms and are £575 a month not including bills. Bills are normally around £70 for the month including council tax. One of the rooms comes available on the 7th of June and the other room is available from the 14th of June. We will also have another room available from the start of August too.
Both of the rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of draws.
The flat has two floors and has a small balcony with a view of Canary Wharf. We are a 3 minute walk from Mile End station (Central, district and H&C lines) and multiple bus routes. We are about a 15-20 minute walk from Lidl and co-op is just round the corner. We live opposite Mile End park and are about a 15 -20 minute walk from Victoria park.
