We are three 3rd year medical students (female) looking for a fourth female flatmate.
We have a standard, double bedroom available in a four-bed flat. The room comes with plenty of underbed storage, 1 desk with a chair, 1 large wardrobe and has underfloor heating.
The flat is newly refurbished and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is an en-suite), an open plan kitchen with a dining table and a large lounge. The rooms are spread over 2 floors.
The kitchen has ample storage and appliances including a microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine and fridge + freezer. The lounge includes a large sofa and comes with a TV. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, a storage unit, and a shower cubicle (which has LED lights and a radio). The flat also has a large balcony and outdoor seating, with a view of the Royal London Hospital.
The flat is in Whitechapel and is a perfect location for students going to campus as the Perrin is only a few minutes away. The Mile end campus is a 25-minute walk away. It is also very close to Whitechapel and Shadwell stations so commuting to hospital placements is very convenient. Nearby bus routes include the 15, 115 and 135 to Central London. Moreover, it is also right above a 24-hour McDonald’s, so it is in a safe location.
Sainsbury’s supermarket is a 10-minute walk away and Iceland is 3 minutes away. There’s also a Tesco express right opposite the flat.
Rent will be £662.50 pcm (not including bills). The contract is yearly and begins on the 20th of July 2022.
