Hi everyone,
I am looking for a new housemate, to take a spacious double room in a large 4-bed house, with 1.5 bathrooms and garden. It is located an 8 min walk from Stratford Station & Westfields Shopping Centre, a 5 min walk from a large Morrisons and from West Ham Park. The house is situated on a quiet street, with parking outside too.
Room in fully furnished including a desk. Must bring your own bedding, however.
It is currently a mixed household with 2 girls and 1 guy. Everyone currently living here is very friendly, clean and quiet.
The room will be available from the beginning of April 2022. Rent is £680 per month. Utility bills are NOT included.
