Mindful Colouring
Mindful colouring is about bringing our awareness into the present moment by consciously focusing on the design and the action of colouring.
The process is similar to meditation, we let go of any thoughts about the past or the future and we bring our focus and awareness toward the present activity.
To try and get the most out of the exercise find a quiet place where you feel comfortable and calm.
