The Raman system repair has now been carried out by the Renishaw engineer. The the system is back online and will be available for booking from this Wednesday 23rd June.
My apologies again for the delay with bringing the Raman system back online. This has been caused by parts availability from a supplier, which led to the delay with the engineer's visit.
I'm working with the Renishaw to work out a process that should help us avoid similar delays in the future.
