We are looking for 2 students to take over from previous flatmates in a lovely 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Both available rooms are fully furnished and are a large size. The location is just 10 minutes away from Mile End station and 25 mins from Whitechapel! Rent would be £595.95 (excl. bills, approx £30 per month) each. You'd be living with 2 other university students (from QMUL) - one male one female, and are looking for 2 students who are tidy.
The location is right next to Mile End Park and Mile End Leisure centre. Dedicated parking space if you apply for a permit via the council. The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly area.
