Read on for some interesting opportunities, and please do complete the survey below. 

The Careers and Enterprise team would like to know how we can best support you next year. If you are graduating this summer, we would still like to hear from you as you can access our services for two years after graduation. Please click on this link to answer a short tick box survey that will take two minutes, on which services you'd like to receive face-to-face in person on campus and which you would like to receive online. Have your say in what your careers service looks like next year! 

Are you interested in publishing? The Society of Young Publishers (SYP) London has organised two nights of Career Speed Dating on 2nd and 3rd June. You'll hear from 16 speakers from 8 departments across the industry. A three month paid editorial internship (July - September) is open with technology journalism site Sifted. The closing date is 2nd June; find out more details and apply here.

Are you in your penultimate year and wondering about whether you might be able to undertake postgraduate research in future? SHARE is a 2-week, paid, online summer research experience programme at the University of Cambridge, designed to introduce undergraduates from underrepresented backgrounds to postgraduate study and research in the humanities and social sciences. It will take place from 19 – 30 July 2021 and is a fully online programme of events, mentoring and digital content. The programme website and online application is here, and the deadline to apply is 31st May. 

If you are a finalist interested in corporate social responsibility (CSR), and grew up in an inner London borough, take a look at the Eagles CSR programmeIt aims to help talented, local people into graduate-level jobs by providing training and quality, paid, 6-12 months internships in the City in corporate social responsibility departments. A critical part of the programme is the intensive three-week pre-placement training valued at over £2,000. The deadline for applying is 30th May, and you can find out more information here.
