In your Contemporary Issues in Global Health module last semester we explored the topic of ageing, including how stereotypes of age can have detrimental health effects. The BBC runs a radio programme call The Listening Project every Sunday on Radio 4. Last week, they included a wonderful conversation between two people in their 80s and 90s. Part from being an incredibly uplifting and inspirational conversation, it also covered many of the issues we touched on in the module. Pleased do have a listen. It is the first item on the program:
