The bedroom being let has a view of Canary Wharf, and has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and built-in wardrobe and cupboard.
The house is at the end on the top 2 floors of a 4-storey building, so there are no upstairs neighbours, or neighbours to one side. The building has fob security, and the house itself has double locks on the door. Each bedroom has its own combination lock on the door.
Rent is £550 per calendar month. Bills are approximately £25-£30 per month (water, gas, electricity, WiFi). The current occupants are all students (three 5th year medical students, and one politics student, all female. The current contract is until 16/08/2021.
