I am a 4th-year female medical student and I am looking for a flatmate for a double bedroom which is available from the end of December/January 2021.
The flat is situated in Whitechapel, 5 minutes walk to the Royal London Hospital, university, Tesco, 12 minutes to Whitechapel or Shadwell station and about 20 minutes walk to mile end campus. There is a lift in the modern art-deco fully secure building and is in a safe neighbourhood.
Rent: £660 per calender month (excluding bills), fully furnished
The flat has 3 bedrooms in total and has been recently refurbished, a new kitchen will be fitted (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer).
Female flatmates are preferred.
