Hi there, we are looking for two flatmate to take over two double rooms in the Bow area. The house is situated 5 mins away from both Bow Road station (H+S, district lines) and Bow Church station (DLR to Stratford in 8 mins). It is also a 10 min walk to mile end station (central line). We are also only a 15 min walk to Victoria Park.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 upstairs and 1 downstairs (upstairs bedrooms on offer) as well as a large kitchen with fridge, freezer, dining table, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms on offer are fitted with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. One of the rooms also had a small balcony facing Canary Wharf. The house is the top 2 floors of a 4-story building in a block of flats so there are no noisy upstairs neighbours! There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and a second downstairs.
The building has fob security as well as double lock front door and individual fire door combination locks on each bedroom. Rent is £550 per month with bills not included. Bills are approximately £25 a month which includes WIFI, gas, electric and water bills.
The flat currently has two 5thyear medical students and one FY1 doctor (all female) and we are looking for additional female flatmates.
The rooms will be available from the 17thof August 2020 for a 12-month contract, with one of the rooms available straight away.
