We’re looking for two people for our lovely home, to replace people who are moving. This is an amazing house with a huge living room, two toilets, a big paved garden, and a nice conservatory.
It also offers great connectivity, with Devons Road DLR and Bromley-by-Bow (another one nearby is Bow Road) stations and a couple of bus stops. There are few off-licenses, a small tesco and a Sainsburys nearby, and a larger Tesco is also only a 15 minute walk away.
We currently have two rooms available, one large double, one double and one single room (I myself can take single or double and am flexible with that).
The house has been professionally cleaned after the last tenant moved out, and the landlord (not living here) is very respectful and helpful, as we know from our experience from past 3 years in this house.

* The landlord requires either a guarantor or 3 months to be paid in advance.
* £550 damage deposit.
* There is somewhat flexibility in the move-in dates
