Hello, we’re two friendly and tidy female PhD students looking for a third female flatmate (sorry guys!) to move in from 21/09/19 (there may be the possibility to move in a bit earlier) on a 12-month contract and option to renew next year.
The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with full size mirror, desk, chair, two chests of drawers and a shelving unit and there is plenty of natural light.
There is a separate lounge with a sofa, coffee table and dining table with four chairs for communal use. Kitchen is fully fitted with white goods/appliances. Separate toilet and bath with powerful overhead shower.
The flat is located within a secure (CCTV monitored) private block with bicycle storage and is a short walk to both Angel Tube Station (8 min) and King’s Cross St Pancras (13 min) so convenient to get to Charterhouse Square (St Bartholomew's Hospital), Whitechapel (Royal London Hospital) and Mile End (Mile End Hospital) by either walking, public transport or cycling depending on the campus. Residential parking is also available outside the flat.
In addition, numerous local amenities (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakery/coffee shops, pharmacy, GP, retail shops, banks etc) with part-time job opportunities are all very close by.
Rent is £186.67pw/£808.89pm excluding bills which are approx. £20-30pm.
