Hello! We are two dental students currently looking for a third flatmate for the next academic year (contract starts from 30 Aug onwards).

The bedroom is really lovely, with a double bed, large wardrobe, study table, chest of drawers and a bookshelf. It's muted decorations and beautiful hardwood floors allows you to get creative with your room. It's also boasts a really calming view of the gardens below.

The flat is located in an apartment block with an elevator. The area around it is a quiet residential area within 10 minutes to the Royal London, and has excellent transport options due to it's proximity to Whitechapel station. (Also good if you're late to class)

If you've stayed in Floyer or Dawson before, I can guarantee you will love the layout of the room and the cleanliness of the flat. It is the same price of a single standard room in Floyer (£165 pw), but you share with only two other people who make an effort to maintain the cleanliness of all communal spaces.

There are no agent fees, as the flat is owned by a private landlord who is friendly and is just a phone call away if we need him. The monthly rent is £710pcm, bills excluded.

p.s. only female applicants please (sorry!)
