I'm a 4th year medical student and am looking for someone to move into one of the rooms in our house next year. You'd be sharing with me and 2 QM Biochem students, and the tenancy would most likely be for a year.
The house is located in Star Lane, which is in zone 2/3. It's a 2 minute walk to Star Lane DLR station, or 10 minutes to Canning Town or West Ham stations - so pretty easy to get to most placements. Postcode: E16 4QR
The room is on the ground floor of the house and comes supplied with a bed (can be converted into either single or double configuration), wardrobe, desk, bedside stand and some drawers/shelving.
The house itself has been very recently refurbished and features 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, living room (complete with TV & PS4!) & garden.
