Read the two book chapters which were the set reading for this week's lecture and seminar. Think about how you might undertake a social research study of a health issue using interview as your method of data collection. Specifically, write 300 words which will include a research idea, a research question based on your idea, and a short list of 'topics' that could be turned into either a series of questions to be used in a survey or in a qualitative interview study.
You may like to use the health issue which you posted about last week as your 'research idea' and develop a research question based on that. Examples of topic guides can be seen on slide 26 of this week's lecture handout and on page 219 of the book chapter on qualitative interviewing.
