Hi! I am a PhD student at Charterhouse Square, I am currently living in Bethnal Green but am looking forward to moving into a more spacious room. Your house looks amazing, would you be available for a viewing over the weekend, maybe Saturday or Sunday? Over those days I can be flexible and come whenever it suits you. I have already lived both in student accommodations and shared flat, and I like to keep communal places clean and tidy. While I am no party animal I love to go out and grab a beer whenever time allows.
