We have a spare bedroom in our house located in Stratford, ideal for QMUL students and professionals alike. The room has a built-in wardrobe, wooden floor-boards, a double bed, and bedside cabinet. We're a stone-throw away from West Ham Park, and Atherton Leisure Centre, and a 15-minute walk from Stratford Station/Westfield Stratford City. Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local and Morrison's are around the corner too.
We're a mix of students and professionals in the house. (I'm a Barts student, and it takes me 30 minutes to get to campus in WhiteChapel door-to-door. Mile End Campus is even closer.) We like to cook, listen to music, watch movies and play video games, and go gym. We also have two kitties, each almost a year old. We like to keep the house clean, and stick to a shared weekly cleaning rota.
The rent has bills included with super-fibre Virgin Media Broadband ideal for gaming-streaming speeds, and central-heating and electricity, and water. Council tax is also included.
We also have a dryer, dishwasher, space in the attic and basement for storage, and a pretty spacious back garden for summer barbecues.
Rent is £530pm. Deposit is £200.
