I'm looking for someone clean and considerate to take my room while I'm away over summer from July 15th - August 18th (or any period between those dates).
It's a double room in a bright flat (including living room/TV/dishwasher etc.), in a gated building with a mini communal garden downstairs. The flat is super conveniently located just off the high street, just 5 mins walk from Aldgate East station, about 7 mins walk from Whitechapel station and mega close to Shoreditch/Brick Lane.
You'd be sharing the flat with a friendly flatmate in his mid 20s who works as a consultant for a charity.
The rent would be £125 a week including bills (may be negotiable depending on how long you need the room for!)
