We have a double room available in our flat in Old Street from August/September 2018. We have secured a 10 month contract (Sept- 1st>June 1st)
It’s a brilliant location, 5-10 mins walk from Charterhouse Square, 20 mins walk from Barts and 30 mins walk from Whitechapel.
You would be sharing with two friendly female medic finalists.
We have a co-op/sainsburys/waitrose, gym, bars, cafes etc just around the corner, and Shoreditch is just a few minutes walk away. Despite this, the room is still pretty quiet as we’re on a side street.
Rent is £596 a month and bills are about £30 a month.
We are ideally looking for a friendly and tidy female flatmate.
