I have two double bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom flat in Mile End. I am looking for 2 girls to share with me.
The flat is on Bancroft Road, which is a 5 minute walk from the Mile End Campus and 20 minute walk from the Whitechapel campus. It is also a 15 minute bus journey to the Whitechapel Campus with both a bus stop and Stepney Green Station very close by.
The rooms are both £700 per month inclusive of all bills, except wifi or £650 per month with bills being shared and wifi exclusive. I would be looking for a 12 month contract from July but this can be flexible to start in August or September. Both bedrooms are fully furnished and there is a kitchen and dining area. There is also an available residential parking permit.
The flat would be shared by myself (currently a first year medic (female)).
