The double room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, desk, shelf etc. There's lots of storage space. The room has a large window and lots of light.
The flat has two rooms, the other is a single occupied by me. There is also a lounge, kitchen and bathroom, all well kept, clean and tidy.
The price of the room is £669/month + bills which amount to approx £30 a month.
