Hi I have a double room for rent (3.5 x 3m) in my newly refurbished flat 10 minutes from Neasden tube. It's a nice place - very comfortable and warm. Built-in wardrobe and can be furnished (double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers) or not if you have your own things.
I'm a oncology SpR currently doing my PhD at the BCI and my boyfriend is also there most of the time. We keep the place pretty clean and tidy and we're happy to socialise whilst respecting your space and privacy. It has all the usual amenities you'd expect (washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, TV).
I'm looking for somebody who will take care of the place (it's a home, not just some rental!). In return you'll get something a lot better than the average rental flat/house.
