The flat is on the ground floor and contains 3 bedrooms, a toilet, a kitchen and a storage room, all of which are fully refurnished. Tesco Express, Iceland and Saintsbury are just a few minutes away. The room is the second largest room that is repainted and contains a double-sized bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. Kitchen contains an oven, microwave, toaster, 4 cooking stoves, a sink and a washing machine. The rent is cheap with only 140 pw excluding the bills.
