We are three dental students going into 3rd year looking for a fourth flatmate to share our flat in Shadwell (15 mins walk from the university).
We have a choice of 2 double bedrooms: the larger double room is £150pw and the slightly smaller double room is £140 pw (excluding bills). Bills should not exceed £20-25 a week per person.
The flat is equipped with 1 bathroom and a modern kitchen with seating for 4. It is on the first floor of a secure building that has a lift.
It is a large, modern flat which is clean and fully furnished and situated on a nice quiet road.
Great transport links as it is very close to Shadwell Station which is
on the DLR and Overground lines.
Close to Iceland and Sainsbury's Local.
