I have a large double bedroom available to rent in our house. The house of 5 bedrooms includes a separate living room, kitchen, balcony and 5 bathrooms.
The price of the room is £120 per week, which includes all bills (gas, electric, water and internet) and a TV license.
The house is a 2 minute walk from Stepney Green park, 5 minute walk from Limehouse station and 10 minutes away from Stepney Green station.
We currently have 4 medical students (2 male and 2 female) so no council house to pay. Contract is 12 months starting from 1st August.
