We are 3 medical students (2 intercalating and 1 going into 4th year) looking for a fourth female flatmate.
The double room would be 165 a week excluding bills (715 pcm). However bills should not be more than 20-25 pounds a month per person.
The room is below street level and really quiet.
The house is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse with a lovely kitchen, conservatory and two balconies. The bathrooms are all brand new and really modern - house has recently been completely renovated. The house is also fully furnished.
