We are two clean and friendly guys starting our final year of Medicine this August and we are looking for a housemate to share our 3 bedroom flat in Whitechapel, Philpot Street (1 min walk from McDonald's, Subway, Tesco; 2 mins from library; 5 min walk to Whitechapel and Shadwell stations).
The room has the usual desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and the flat boasts a modern kitchen and bathroom. We have a friendly landlord (Barts graduate) who has been very helpful and reasonable throughout our time here.
The room is available from the 13th of August till 12th June at £650 a month, excluding bills.
