- Really close to Royal london hospital, whitechapel library and whitechapel station
- the building is really secure
- the flat has been recently refurbished so everything is as good as new
- the room itself is a double bedroom + wardrobe + chest of drawers
- the rent would be £666.67 per month
- there is a separate dining table and dining area
- in general there is a neutral decor with wooden flooring
- we have bought all the essential appliances already like microwave, toaster, kettle and there is also a dishwasher (as well as oven, washing machine, etc. of course)
- there is a balcony
- the contract starts in June
- there is parking space
