The room is £481 per calendar month plus around £40 per month bills and a deposit of £500.
The house itself has a large kitchen and living room, with a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom - which is soon to be refurbished. There is also a small garden. The house is shared by three other friendly students and a lovely kitten.
