Hi all!

We have a room available in our 4 bed maisonette in Stepney Green (10 minute walk to Whitechapel, 15/20 minutes to mile end)

We are 3 QM students (2 dental hygiene therapy and 1 Law student) all super friendly and social love hanging out together when we can.

Rent is £150 a week (£650 a month) and bills are £30 a month. The tenancy runs until September 3rd 2017.

Please get in touch if you are interested and feel free to share with others we are also happy for non-students to join our household just need the room filled!

Hi Linzy, I'm about to start a masters at QM in January and am looking for a room to rent! Is this still available? This would literally be perfect! Also, is it a fixed contract until September? Looking forward to hearing from you! Annie :)

the contract is fixed until September but if you wanted to leave sooner there is always the opportunity to get someone to take it over as in this situation :)
