The house is 1 minuet walk away from Bow Road tube station and 5 minuets from Bow Church and right next to the 25/205/425 bus routes. It is a large property with 6 decent sized double rooms (fully furnished), 4 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and a garden and patio area.
Current housemates are 4 female medical students in years 2-4 at Barts and The London Medical School, Queen Mary University. They enjoy socialising, cooking, playing sport and generally having a good time.
Rooms in the house are £145-160pw depending on room, plus £30pm for bills. Tenancy starts on 1/09/16 with a 12 month contract.
