Introduction

This is a time-consuming procedure when you first start, watch the nurses do it, seriously slick, and aim to better than them!!!

 remember that the leaves themselves are difficult to stick on if the patient is septic and sweaty. You may also need to shave where you stick the leads.

 now we're going to show you a normal ECG, remember that the modern machines will give you the diagnosis and raise the alarm if the ECG is abnormal.

These are not infallible, so just compare the ECG tracing that you have taken, with the below, and ask for advice.
