14.3. Formal Result Notification/Degree Certificate

Transcript

You can obtain your official digital transcript of marks through the HEAR system. You will receive an email at your QM email address from GradIntelligence with instructions to register.

Degree Certificate

Your official degree certificate is issued following the completion of your studies and confirmation of your award. You will receive your certificate either at your Graduation Ceremony or, if you are unable to attend, by post to the address recorded in MySIS.

Please ensure your address on MySIS is accurate and up to date to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Your Degree Certificate will state the title of your degree programme, for example, "LLM in Banking and Finance Law".

If you are enrolled on a general programme, your degree certificate will state the award title, for example, "Master of Law". 

Please note that individual modules or subjects studied will not be listed on your degree certificate.
