7. Module Selection and Programme Changes

 

Online Module Selection and Approval Process

To register for your modules, please log in to MySIS and choose from the modules available for your programme. You must select all modules you intend to take for the entire academic year during the module selection period outlined below:

Module Selection Period

  • Opens: Wednesday, 23 September at 09:00
  • Closes: Sunday, 27 September at 23:59
  • Teaching starts: 28 September from 09:00

Please ensure you complete your selections within this timeframe. Late submissions may not be accepted.

If there is an issue with your module selection, we will contact you. Otherwise, start attending your lectures—you do not need to wait for approval.

Module Changes

Students on certain programmes may be allowed to modify their module choices during designated module change periods before Semester 2 and Semester 3. Student must comply with their programme structure, module changes request will be rejected if programme requirements are not met.

There may be an opportunity to change modules before the start a of semester, however, students will be expected to provide a valid reason for a change request and the change does not have be permitted.  Students should keep a check on the PG Law noticeboard, QM+ for an announcement of this process. 

You are encouraged to register for your modules as soon as possible as popular modules may quickly fill up. 

If eligible, you will be notified in advance and given access to update your selections via MySIS during the specified timeframe.
