5.6. Failure to upload


If you are unable to submit for any reason beyond your control you should consider submitting an EC. However, ECs may not be necessary when you experience problems with uploading your exam file to the QMplus submission area due to lack of access to QMplus and it is still in the exam period time. 

We strongly urge you to send the exam file as soon as possible to the ONLY Alternative Submission email (se-eecs-student-submission@qmul.ac.uk)

Do not email teaching or administrative staff to say you cannot submit on QMPlus.

Files sent to the alternative submission email will only be reviewed if there is no submission uploaded on QMplus and the file is received before the deadline or within 10 minutes after the exam end time (late penalty applies, see 5.5 ALTERNATIVE Submission email).
