SOLM181- Critical Jurisprudence- 2024/25

Critical jurisprudence includes analyses of law that fundamentally challenge dominant concepts, norms, and practices. We consider how the law, even while it is presented as a medium of justice, becomes a tool for entrenching hierarchies of power and exclusion. We review radical thinkers from both classical and contemporary sources to identify essential elements of critical theory.
