Q: How do I sign up to learn another language without it being included in my degree? A: Student can only sign up to take credit-bearing language modules. Go to the website here to see what languages are on offer.

Q: I can't see all my modules on my timetable yet?  A: Don't panic. If you haven't completed Module Registration, your modules won't appear on your timetable or on QMplus. If you have completed module registration, still Don't panic! Timetabling and seminar allocation is ongoing, so keep checking your timetable daily. Everything should appear by the end of Welcome Week, but please feel free to log an enquiry via AskQM, and the Education Team will look into your issue.  

Q: I've spotted a problem with my Timetable/ I think I have a clash.  A: Log an enquiry via AskQM, tell us what the problem is and we will get it fixed.

Q: I don't know who my advisor is? A: You should be able to see your advisor on your 'My Details' page on MySIS. If you can't see who your advisor is please email the Student Support Team via sta-studentsupport@qmul.ac.uk, or find them in the STA Office on the first floor of the ArtsOne Building.
