Section outline

    • All enrolments take place online and you do not have to attend campus in order to become fully enrolled.

Your enrolment consists of 2 stages:

      Stage 1: Pre-Enrolment

You should complete the Pre-Enrolment task in MySIS by Friday 6th October 2023. This is where you provide us with some information about yourself and upload proof of identity and a photo for your student ID card.

      Stage 2: Queen Mary Enrolment

The Enrolment Team will carry out checks on the information and proof of identity that you have provided to us via Pre-Enrolment and confirm that you have paid or made arrangements to pay your tuition fees. Then we will either fully or temporarily enrol you.

You must complete your enrolment by a given deadline. For students starting in September 2023, the enrolment deadline is Friday 6th October 2023 and the enrolment and temporary enrolment deadlines are published online. If you have been temporarily enrolled, you will be given an extended deadline in order to give you some time to resolve your temporary enrolment

      • Once you have access to MySIS, you’ll see that Online Enrolment is available via the 'My Enrolment' option on the menu.
      • Next, you’ll be asked to submit some academic and personal information; the form will ask for your term-time address but, if you don’t know it yet, enter your home address and update it on MySIS once you find out.
      • You can save your progress and revisit the site any time to update/change information before you submit the online form.
