  • Contacting EECS staff

    Please remember any correspondence to EECS staff should include clear and specific details of the query,  e.g. the module code,  your 9 digit  student id number, screenshots of any errors.

    Emails should be sent from your QM email account. This will enable swift responses, any emails not including relevant data may delay a response.

    Response time lines, whilst staff will aim to respond to your email queries as soon as possible, please do remember to be patient, do not expect an immediate response.

    Students should use the EECS EST shared email inboxes below, these are monitored on a daily basis and it's the quickest way to get a response to your query.
