3rd Year Project Module Options
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING IS FOR 2nd YEAR STUDENTS ONLY OR FOR STUDENTS ON THEIR YEAR ABROAD or YEAR IN INDUSTRY/RESEARCH PLACEMENTS.
You have a choice of three 30 credit 3rd year project module options:
1. Research Projects: BIO606, BMD600, BMD650 & BMD670. The exact module code will depend on your course.
2.Structure Research Project: BIO604
3. Engaging the Public with Science: BMD606
Selecting
an
appropriate 3rd year project module can have a major bearing on the
outcome of
your BSc (Hons) degree and may help you when choosing a future career
path. Using the information below (including material in the attached
files) you are required to fill out a project selection survey to
identify which type of project you are interested in taking in your
final year.
1. A PDF guide to help you fill out this form and 2. The PowerPoint presentation given on the 28th Feb and 1st March that outlines the various 3rd year project options and the assessments associated with each of these modules are attached.
Please note: project allocation is not based on first come, first serve.
If you fail to fill this form by the due date (5 pm on 22nd March) you
will be registered on to a module where there is space.
