• With information regarding when to attend, who will meet them, how best to get to your practice, lunch time arrangements etc. 

• Practicalities e.g. inform students of how to get to your practice, what time to arrive, if they need to bring food/where they can purchase food

• Asking about any particular learning needs relevant to their placement with you

• Link to your website and any relevant key features

• Ask students about their learning needs/expectations
