QMplus pages are just pages of content.  They are very easy to create with the online visual editor.  You can use the editor to format the text and it is easy to embed things like video and pictures in to the page. Unlike files, those viewing the page do not need any special software to be able to view it and you can edit the page online (unlike files which you have to download, edit and then upload again)
