Our SEB meets on a Wednesday. No results are available to students before the agreed examination results release date.  The release date is normally scheduled for the Wednesday after the SEB to ensure that all marks can be updated if required.  All students will receive their examination results via their individual MySis accounts. Finalists will be given the option to collect their examination results on the day of the results release from the School, results will not be released to finalists without them presenting their student card.

  1. Some students telephone in to ask for their results.  Our policy is that no student can be told results over the phone.  This partly to ensure that results are not told to anyone other than the student concerned.  It is also to protect the secretaries from a barrage of telephone calls to which they give no answer. 
  2. Some students ask for results to be sent by e-mail. Our policy is that no results are sent by e-mail from the School, as they will be delivered via students MySis accounts on that day.
  3. Our policy is that we do not discuss with any student prior to them being officially notified via their MySis or after they pick up their results in the School (finalists only)
  4. All advisers are available on the following day to official email release as results are normally received after normal working hours.  If an advisor is away the name of a substitute must be supplied to the Senior tutor and posted online.
