Part One: Pathways to Identify and Support Students in Difficulty
This webinar aims to familiarise lecturers within our unit and Clinical Education Fellows from our partner NHS Trusts with the Academic Support framework for medical undergraduates, particularly in relation to Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs). The session will provide an overview of the support pathways available for students in difficulty, including how to identify learners who may be struggling, appropriate indicators for referral, and the use of the LENA (Learner Needs Analysis) form as a structured diagnostic and referral tool.
