Obtaining GMC registration

 

For the placement (Phase 2) you will need to hold Full GMC registration.  GMC full registration with a licence to practice allows you to undertake the placement and is a prerequisite for practicing medicine in the UK.

What are the costs involved in GMC Registration?

ECFMG are an independent body and charge a fee to verify your qualifications. 

Doctors must pay a registration fee and an annual fee to remain on the GMC register. PLAB tests fees are also listed. All GMC fees for doctors can be found on the website.
