The Student Experience Manager plays a key role in driving student engagement initiatives and collaborating with academic and support staff to develop and implement innovative programmes and support systems. This role is central to enhancing student experience at the Queen Mary Business School.

Our Student Support Officers (who are your allocated 'Joint' advisers in MySIS) deliver one-to-one advice and guidance for students who require pastoral support. They work alongside the Academic Writing Tutor and a Quantitative Skills Tutor, and signpost students to other colleagues and central service provision for additional support.
