How to submit a video assignment?

Please do the following to submit your video assignment: 

First of all, make sure that you have uploaded your video in the Media folder in QMplus. To find out how to do that, please click here. 

Click on “Assessment” in the top bar.  

Select the assessment point that you want to work with and click on it. You will see the basic information about this assessment point, such as the date it opens and closes, the remaining time and the submission status. 

Click on Add submission. A new text box will appear (as in the picture below), you will Begin assignment. Once you do that, a message will appear to confirm that you are about to begin your assignment, and the time limit:  

A dialogue window will open and will display the contents of your media folder in QMplus (this might take some time, please be patient. If it does not open, please refresh the page):  

Click on Select next to the video you have just uploaded, a dialogue confirmation window appears. Click on Yes:   

When you confirm, the text window will look something like this (the hyperlink will appear inside the text box). Click on Save change.  

Once you save the changes, a new window will open to show you a thumbnail of the video you have just added. Please know that at this stage, the video is added but not submitted as a video assignment yet. You can confirm that by looking at the submission status. It will say: Draft (not submitted). 

You need to click on “Submit assignment” to submit it. 

When you click on “Submit assignment”, a confirmation dialogue will appear. Please click on the check box and click on Continue. 

A new window appears to inform you that your assignment has been successfully submitted. Please note that the status of the assignment will be submitted for grading.  

Congratulations. Your video assignment has now been submitted.
