Getting paid

In order to get paid you will need to complete your hours using Randstad's Opus system. 

You will be paid on the 24^th of each month, or if this falls on the weekend or a Bank Holiday the last working day before this. So if the 24^th falls on a Sunday, you would be paid on the Friday preceding this.

To ensure that you get paid on time you need to complete your entry in Opus by the 17th of each month.

Here are some other facts that you need to be aware of:

• DDS will inform you how many hours of support the student requires each week
• DDS will also inform you of the type of work you are required to do; this could be note-taking, campus support (e.g. pushing someone in a wheelchair) etc. 
• That level of support can only be exceeded by agreement with DDS; if a student wants to exceed the agreed hours you will need to check this with a member of staff in DDS
