Report for Alternate Formats

How to access?

  1. Navigate to your chosen QMplus site.
  2. Click on the Report tab within the navigation menu at the top of the page.
  3. You will see a list of available reports.
  4. Select  Report for Alternate Formats



Exploring the report ?


There are various tabs to choose from. These include 

  • Conversions tab: (the screenshot below) This includes information about the different conversions completed within the course. You can see what was content was converted and how many times. 
  • Alternative formats tab: You can see the type of alternative formats generated for an item or resource. 
  • Downloads tab: Provides details of the number of downloads per type of alternative formats. 
  • Users tab: You can see an overview of the download stats by role and compare what type of alternative format each role uses. 
  • Conversion errors tab: You can see a summary of all the conversion errors identified. 
  • View All my courses tab: This expands the criteria beyond a specific course to multiple. 

Button and Column 

The report includes a range of buttons and columns.

  • Download button: You have the option to download the table of data. 
  • File name column: This is the name of the file which was converted to an alternative format.
  • Conversion column: You can see the type of conversion. 
  • Conversion details column: This explains the type of conversion from one type of file to another. 
  • Source column: Here you can see the original type of activity or resource which was converted.
  • Status column: Check to see if the conversion is complete or still in progress. 
  • Time created column: You can see the time and date that the conversion was created.
